Return & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece. If something doesn't feel right, we're happy to help.      

 

Return Policy: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. To start a return, simply email us at hello@la-rue.dk with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with further instructions. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Exchanges: If you'd like a different size or colour, email us at hello@la-rue.dk and we'll arrange the exchange for you. Subject to availability.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

 

Exceptions: Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Shipping Costs: We offer free returns within Denmark. For international returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

 

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@la-rue.dk with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
