Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong product. We will review the issue promptly and make it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the product you have. Once your return has been accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

EU Right of Withdrawal

For customers within the European Union: you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unused, with tags and packaging) and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
